ETA on sizing guide for R80.20 SmartEvent with XFS filesystem?

Hello community. What is ETA on sizing guide for R80.20 SmartEvent with XFS filesystem?

The currently available SK articles are below and reference both old GAIA versions and outdated Smart1 models (even the R80.x SK - see below). I can't send these to customer for reference to justify any type of quote we provide.

Please provide ETA (obviously, this msg directly squarely at product mgmt). Yes, our local field CP engineering also working their angle as well. thanks in adv. -Garrett

Hello -- sincere thanks for the reply and update.

I suggest that product mgmt at exec level needs to make decision on how and where information will be distributed to customers and resellers related to Check Point products.

Historically, SK articles in knowledge base was the domain for SmartEvent and Log Server sizing.  this was not simple data sheet, etc.

If everyone @ CP operating in Ad Hoc fashion with sizing, architecture, etc this will necessarily damage clarity of information flow to customers and resellers.

again, I really appreciate and answers, but I am concerned from "big picture" stand point that there appears to be vacuum/gap where SmartEvent product mgmt oversight is missing on organization and dissemination of information.

best wishes.   -GA
