Demo mode R80.20 SmartView problems

Tried to showcase the SmartEvent capabilities to a prospective client. No dice. Seeing:

in Demo Mode.

Tried to launch a new session with same result.

Surprisingly, the device icon is green:

Anything that requires drilling into and communicating with an actual gateway won't work in demo mode.

I should've posted the actual SmatView not loading screenshot as well.

It is functioning normally today though and I am looking into possible reasons as to why it was not doing it yesterday.

Even with normally working SmartEvent functionality in the Cloud Demo, the above indicators look the same, so these were false flags.
