Please open a TAC request for that.

Aside from opening a TAC SR as Val suggested I have a few questions:
1| Does it happen consistently?
2| When does it happen (what action or flow)?
3| Did you try the same flow using another SmartConsole client (on a different PC)?
Thanks
Tal

Does the portable version (sk116158) have the same issue for you?
Another option is to try cleanly installing the latest build of SmartConsole R81.10 (build 412)

I second what @Chris_Atkinson said. Thats first thing I always recommend to people...
Here is what I would try:
1) test latest smart console build on another machine
2) if 1 fails, then test portable console
3) if both 1 and 2 fail, then you need to run below commands and look for following
cpwd_admin list (look for fwm process and make sure it shows E 1, otherwise if it shows say T 0 or E and any number higher than 1, it means its terminated or restarting constantly and needs to be debugged)
$FWDIR/scripts/./cpm_status.sh and make sure output says management is up and ready
api status -> make sure it shows SUCCESSFUL at the bottom of the output
Hope that helps.
Have an amazing weekend!
Andy

Did you get a solution ? I've upgraded Smart-1 version R81.10 and use latest smartconsole Check_Point_SmartConsole_R81_10_jumbo_HF_B416_Win today. And experiencing the same issue Smartconsole crashed when I tried to click on Cluster object.

Im pretty sure I had this issue back in R80.40 and portable smart console worked for me.
