Copy policy package

Hi all,

Could you please let me know what the options are to resolve the following issue?

In location A, we have MDS with one domain. In location B, we have SMS with one policy package that I need to move to MDS.

Is there any other method besides the import/export script SK180923?

Short of writing your own tool similar to what it's sk180923 (a relatively new SK, but we've had it on CheckMates for years), not familiar with any other method.

Yes, there is a standard way to achieve this: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk156072 Chapter 3 covers migrating SMS to MDS. Export/import uses Management API calls and a new domain will be created automatically on MDM. You only will need sk180923 if you need to import the data to an existing domain.

That's for the entire domain, not a particular Policy Package.
