Checkpoint LOM
Hello,
I am getting issue with one of the firewall LOM access. LOM is configured with real IP and access via NAT IP. I am able to access the LOM but when I try to launch the java, its using real IP instead of NAT.
com.sun.deploy.net.FailedDownloadException: Unable to load resource: https://*.*.*.*:443/Java/release/JViewer.jar
But other FWs using NAT IP and working fine..
any suggestion please..

New LOM shipping with Quantum appliances as of recently are HTML5.
Other Quantum appliances purchased before these were an option can be retrospectively upgraded (purchase of replacement card needed).

Please open a TAC case for this.

As Val suggests you should query this with TAC, is the LOM firmware up to date?

Not sure what the appliance is in the case, but I've been using 3.41 without issues. I could not confirm the state of NAT and LOM.

Thats odd, cause I just used LOM on brand new 6600 the other day and it did not even use Java.

the new LOM cards kick the crap out of the older card; basically more like a iDRAC card where you can also copy files to the host system as well and do a completely rebuild of a device.
