Cannot SSH to Management Server or Use SmartConsole from Different Subnet but Pingable

I recently updated to R81.20 from R81.

After the update, I cannot SSH to the management server and SmartConsole only shows operation timeout when being accessed from a different subnet.

SSH works for my security appliances whose management IP is on the same subnet of the management server.

The management server is pingable from other subnets.

Any suggestions?

Is it just a management server, or is it a standalone?

My current setup is I have a cluster of 2 security appliances that is being managed by a VM of the management server.

If you run 'api status' does it show that everything is running? Can you ping out from it from the VM console?

Yes I can ping all my internal subnets and out to the internet.
