Azure AD SAML login smartconsole fail

Hi Guys

        Customer using Azure AD , saml login smartconsle ,  I follow is step :

Smartconsole login redirect microsoft login is success , However, an error message appears.

" failed to create an identity provider administrator "  

Is it a AD permission issue ?

Hi Phone Boy 

The problem is resolve , Azure AD username can not using none english string , 

or Azure AD  username  Attributes & Claims value  using  "user.userprincipalname"
