Autentication server Failed

Hello, I have this problem, I have a server manager to which we authenticate by radius.

I have found the sk42184 and followed the steps mentioned, I updated to the latest hotfix (take 150), I have version r81.10.

but I keep getting the same error checking the fwm.elg log.

attr_get_from_buf: unexpected attr len. probably an unknown RADIUS attr (type=80).: Transport endpoint is not connected

Does anybody know what could be causing the problem in the first place?

If this just started occurring after a patch was applied on the RADIUS server, it's probably related to this: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk182516
