API error output
When I log in to the SMS using the command "mgmt login ipv4-address xxxx user xxx password xxx" from the firewall, the error "MGMT9000 code: generic_server_initializing" appears
Any suggestions?

Check your API server is up, and GUI clients are properly defined. As @Yuri_Slobodyany suggested, "api status" command is a good start.
