ACL creation

Just curious how you all think about this.

In the past you could create ACL's for some routers base on the policy. But I haven't seen that lately.

But what I I would like as feature is to create policies for 3rd party devices from my Check Point management. Anyone done anything in this regard? 

As we can handle Syslog traffic from other devices if we receive them through syslog so would it be awsome if we could also create a policy for them. i wouldn't mind if I would need to translate from abstract syntax to whatever I need on my box. Like iptables commands or ...... aws cli or .......

You can still create OSE devices in R80.20, but the functionality hasn't been advanced in awhile:

As for potentially extending this to other types of devices, I suppose it's possible.
