Security Group on Maestro is not accessible through browser

We are unable to access our Maestro Security Group with the following error message "Warning: System diagnostics failed on the following tests: SWB Updates.". when the login is successful blank page is displayed or the session logouts. Attached is both the error and blank page screenshot.

How can we fix the issue. Any help is appreciated

This error message has nothing to do with the blank page. The error is a result of asg diag that was run on the previous night and it figured that it cannot connect to Check Point servers to download updates. For the blank page, try with a different browser and if it still doesn't work, open an SR with TAC.

If you're accessing it via a regular data port and not the management port, you might just need to disable L4 distribution.

your IP ends on .254? if does, please change it.
