MHO-175 internal switch does not come up

Hi!

I know this might be worth a TAC case but: Does any of you ever had the problem that the sync interface on a Maestro appliance did not come up properly and solved it?

Got a MHO 175 today with non-functional sync interface. Dmesg shows "sx_core: __sx_core_post_send: Cannot send packet on dqn [0] sdq stuck", which seems to be a known issue at Nvidia (https://docs.nvidia.com/networking-ethernet-software/cumulus-linux-44/Whats-New/rn/#2802207).

I'm curious if it's possible to avoid RMA simply by installing a hotfix or something or maybe I missed something else. Software is R81.10.

Thanks!

Michael

Hi!

Unfortunately I have not seen this error before. Looks like a firmware issue as you posted. I would open an SR with TAC in any case. @Anatoly any idea? Can you check with the MHO team?
