Maestro Masters Series 2026
WATCH NOW
Issue:
License missing error on SMO in SmartConsole. When checking via SSH on the SGMs, only the SMO Master is showing the contract coverage.
Solution:
Manually apply the contract on all SGMs.
Below I demonstrate how to download the contract file from both the legacy and the new Product Center versions.
New product center "Get contracts File"
Also, below is the SK that can be used as a reference for applying the contract file via CLI.
NOTE: Transfer the downloaded contract via WinSCP or SCP to the SG IP address. Then you can transfer it to each SGM via SCP using the IP address 192.0.2.x, retrieving it from the SGM Master. Or you can use "asg_cp2blades -b all" to transfer all files.
Applying "ServiceContract.xml"
Wait for the sync again, the status will update.
good job @israelfds95
Thanks my friend.
Has this problem been happening frequently for you? Because it seems very strange to me that SMo isn't picking up the contract and that this has to be done manually.
