Interface problem on MHO R81.20
Greetings colleagues!
Faced a problem on MHO version R81.20 Take 89 with connection of Security Gateway version R81.20 take 84
GW 16600HS connected to port 1/17/1 is defined as N/A and GW is defined as DOWN. We changed the DAC cable and everything was fine for about a week, but after that we are back to N/A on the interface and the GW status is DOWN.
It's not clear at this point. The problem is software or hardware related.
I have added screenshots with the problem to the attachment.
I would like your help in investigating the cause. Which way to go and how to troubleshoot correctly.
