API service is running on orchestrator. Tried restarting API & reboot of device. Issue still persists

You posted a URL that had PII in it...I changed it.
It's not clear if the Gaia API supports the Orchestrator or not.
There's no mention of it until v1.8, and even then it's not clear that it's supported on the Orchestrator: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk143612
I was looking into this upon a different request,
it seems that Gaia_api is excluded from R81.xx for MHOs , but has returned in R82.
