Hi Dario,
from SK you share sayd that symtom is different take number of r81.20SP, in my case is use T634 on SK use T631, its related,
please help to find the solution,
when we start upgrade from R80.20 SP we find same error like I sayd on this first open this threat, and can resolv after we intall the DA take 22. and we can upgrade to R81.10SP
and we know from the SK https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk177624 uprade to R81.20 we can direct upgrade from r80.20SP with JHF recommended, but we try its failed.
I'm very confuse, please help

You can open a ticket with TAC and ask for remote session where TAC can type the password on your MHO.
