Hi Experts

Polish intelligence agencies are currently investigating a hacking attack on the country's railway system. The incident occurred last Saturday when hackers successfully transmitted a signal that triggered an emergency stoppage of trains in the vicinity of the city of Szczecin. Approximately 20 trains were brought to a complete halt, but fortunately, railway services were restored within a matter of hours.

It is worth noting that Poland's railway system plays a significant role as a transit hub for Western weaponry destined for Ukraine. This strategic importance may offer insight into the motivation behind the hacking attack, potentially suggesting a Russian involvement in the incident.

Railway systems, like other modes of transportation, should be recognized as essential national infrastructure. Governments should implement regulations that mandate operators to prioritize cybersecurity measures for these systems.

It does not take rocket scientist to figure out who (or which country) is behind all these things...btw, everything you said in your post @Shlomi_Feldman is 100% true.

Looks more then a radio frequency attack then a cyber attack but the results are the same, trains did an emergency stop.
