Login to infinity portal not worinkg - "Please authenticate using SSO"

Is anyone else facing this issue?

Me and my colleagues all get the error below.
We have not enabled any kind of SSO.

Might be worth check with TAC,  if there was an issue, I would expect some sort of maintenance page to be up or explanation as to why this was not available consider its a SaaS service.
