Hi
AI copilot disappeared from my Smartconsole any ideas why?
Management server is restarted and running R81.20 take 119
Smartconsole är restarted many times same result
Here is how I fixed it.
-logged into S1C portal
-disabled ai copilot, re-enabled again
-opened stream console, works fine
I can see it again now. Very strange that it disappears and comes back!
Can you please check from Web SmartConsole or a different machine with SmartConsole?
When I log in to SmartConsole Web, I only see the logs and nothing else. How can I access the AI Copilot in the web view?
I have also tested on another server with SmartConsole installed, and I’m experiencing the same issue — the AI Copilot does not appear.
In Web SmartConsole, you should see it in the same location as in the installed SmartConsole.
Since it does not appear in either, it is likely not related to the client side.
I suggest opening a ticket with TAC; in parallel, I will also check internally.
Same issue for me Tal, dont see it in either place.

Hi
I did that many times but with no good result!
Is it only one tenant or you have access to multiple ones?
Might be worth TAC case and reference this post. Definitely works for me and I tested on 8 tenants I have access to.

Yea, cant comment about that, maybe it was just a "fluke"...not sure.
If anyone encounters this again, please let me know and I’ll share debug instructions to help identify the root cause.
Thanks Tal! Is it okay to post it on here or would you need to provide it individually?
Hi Tal
So now after a server restart AI Copilot disappeared again, so how to debug it?
To debug, run the following commands on the Management Server:
wsc logs copilot
wsc restart
Reproduce the bug:
docker logs mwc &> ~/mwc.log
Afterwards disable debug by running the following commands
echo "DEBUG_COPILOT=0" >> $FWDIR/conf/mwc.env
wsc restart
(another option would be to edit $FWDIR/conf/mwc.env and delete the Copilot Debug section
In any case, I recommend opening a ticket with TAC. If you share the debug logs with me, we can try to identify the root cause more quickly and work toward a fix.
Thanks for that Tal!
Does AI Copilot require a special license now? I had it in my lab before, but it’s gone! I can only see it in production.
I dont believe so, but maybe @Tal_Paz-Fridman can confirm.
To the best of my knowledge, it requires the Management Complete package.
Ah, good to know. I was always under impression that was included in S1C no matter what license people have. Did it change at some point?
Will be added shortly
