Let us know what is Noise Rule and Noise Traffic. How its impact firewall.

"Noise" in this context is traffic the firewall sees and logs, but isn't relevant.
One example is SMB traffic sent from Windows machines to the broadcast address.
It's not relevant as it doesn't pass thru the gateway, but creates extra logs that make it more difficult to find interesting traffic in the logs.
Noise rules suppress this traffic from appearing in the logs (i.e. Have a track of None).
Everyone has a different definition of noise.
