traffic drop due to anti spoofing r77.30

How to add this ip without disabling anti-spoofing?

You're on an outdated / unsupported version, mate.
Anyhow, you'll need to verifiy your network topology with this tool, then correct it within the interface settings of that specific gateway object in SmartConsole and install policy.
