migration From cisco ASA 8.0 to checkpoint
Anyone can suggest any tools for migration from ASA to Checkpoint .
Don't suggest smart move because it support 8.3 to higher version
Please suggest me ant tools for 8.0 version

I know of none - better to do the CP policy from scratch !

Have you considered taking the Cisco policy to a intermediate version in a lab/vASA and then using SmartMove?
Other approaches will almost certainly require some amount of scripting / manual effort.

How many rules are we talking about?
Are the rules still relevant , aka no zero hit rules included.
If it is not to much rules, I would start from scratch as Albrecht mentioned.

Can you not upgrade to 8.3 at least and then use smartmove? I used it 3 times for Cisco conversion, worked flawlessly. I have not a slightest clue how old is 8.0 version, but I can make an educated guess its probably at least 3-4 years old, if not more.
