cphacu start

Hello,

Can somebody share any knowledge about 'cphacu start' and what happens under the hood?

Broadly speaking i understand this synchronizes Firewall tables... Does it kick start usual ClusterXL synchronization with some minor exceptions, or this some different process is involved? 

 

Also from "cphacu start': "For delayed connections (Templates) to be synchronized it is recommended to turn off SecureXL on the old member before doing a failover." - What 'delayed connections(Templates)' is it referring to? Does it refer to connections which have delayed synchronization between members as per service object settings?
