configuring checkpoint as email smart host in exchange server 2016

I need help

we are trying to replace Microsoft TMG of edge server we try to configure exchange server as smart host  to communicate with checkpoint which will serve as gateway between mailbox servers and the internet.

any idea on how to achieve this.

Note that we can perform MTA functions in conjunction with Threat Prevention or DLP.
Independent of those features, I don't believe we support MTA usage.
