Not Able to Import Access-Roles Database during Database Merge

Hi Team,

I am trying to merge the Database of two different Checkpoint MGMT server.

OS is Gaia R80.20 on both serves.

During this activity, I am not able to fetch Access-Roles (Configured for Remote Access VPN) information into consolidated database.

Below is the error message:

Failed to import access-role with name [Real-Estata-2]. Error: message: Unrecognized parameter [remote-access-client]

code: generic_err_invalid_parameter_name

Failed to import access-role with name [sanchit.bora1]. Error: message: Unrecognized parameter [remote-access-client]

code: generic_err_invalid_parameter_name

Failed to import access-role with name [satbirsingh]. Error: message: Invalid parameter for [users]. Invalid value

code: generic_err_invalid_parameter

Please suggest if I can import these details successfully or do I need to create it mannuallly.

Hi Vishnu,

If few users/access roles are there, you can add manually.

But better check the "Unrecognized parameter" and "Invalid parameters for Users".
