eBay running port scans against localhost

As you may already know eBay is running port scan against localhost in an attempt to detect if system is compromised. 

Whether the port scan is used as part of an infection or part of e-commerce or bank "security checks", it is clearly malicious behavior and may fall on the wrong side of the law.

Just run "ebay port scan" search on Google to read about it and test it yourself if you like.
