UserCenter/PartnerMAP logging in issues?

Hi,

 

I have had this issue for over 24hrs now.

 

Is anyone else facing a redirection loop when trying to log into SK/UC/PartnerMAP?

 

I can not log into any part of the Check Point site apart from Check Mates.

 

Its goes around in a fast redirection loop.

 

I have cleared caches, different browsers, different IP, different device and even different account!

 

I am suspecting there is a known issue?

What precise URL are you logging into?
I usually log into https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com and don’t have issues.

I also experience this for two days now when logging in from MacOS (Safari, Chrome). It works from Windows (Chrome, Firefox). I usually log in via usercenter.checkpoint.com. The supportcenter link from Dameon works like a charm. Thanks for the hint.

@Danny @PhoneBoy  and just like that, all the issues have disappeared! Someone at Check Point was maybe watching 👀

Some services is some regions (but AFAIK, not usercenter.checkpoint.com), are affected by AWS outage. 
For any info about Check Point services status, please always go to https://status.checkpoint.com/
