User reports wrong category

Team,

I am battling an issue where when a user clicks on  report here button in usercheck page we want to send that request to helpdesk as of now we need to go in smartconsole and in log field search for wrong category.

i have tried this  sk92710 but that doesnt seem to work. Any ideas?

The report is sent to Check Point, not to the local administrator.
This is expected behavior.

What is the issue in detail ? sk92710 is for up to R80.40, R81.10 Dashboard has another GUI to edit the email.

I am trying to implement a solution where in the user check page if something is blocked and is categorized wrong and user reports we as administrators are not notified

I did review it but thats the option to recategorize over the portal that checkpoint has to whitelist which is fine but as administrators how should we be notified if anyone reported wrong category and it needs to be whitelisted?

As @PhoneBoy said, by default, its sent to Check Point (probably Israel office, but not 100% sure). Is there a way to admin to be notified about it, thats a good question that I dont know the answer to. Maybe someone else can confirm.
