Trying to block traffic with Threat Indicator using CheckPoint as proxy

Hi. I am trying to block a site with Threat Indicator while using CheckPoint gateway as non-transparent proxy. The issue is that Threat Indicator works only when we use Anti-Bot blade for it  or do not use CheckPoint as proxy. Can we conclude from it that Anti-Virus blade does not work for traffic when we use CheckPoint as proxy?
