The policy package is not visible in SmartConsole on R81.10.
Hello everyone,
I am currently using R81.10.
Today, when I checked SmartConsole, I couldn't find the policy package.
I was only using the Standard Package.
Has anyone experienced this issue before and managed to resolve it?
I would appreciate any help or guidance.
Thank you in advance.

Have you tried different PC? reinstalled smart console? Updated smart console to latest versioin?
If none works, maybe cprestart or reboot?

Thank you for your response!
I have tried all of the above steps. I installed the latest version of SmartConsole, but it still didn’t work.
In this situation, Would there be any risk of losing the policy package if I reboot?
If I perform a migrate backup in the current state, will I be able to properly restore the policy package in case of any issues after the reboot?
What do you think?

I would take backup, just in case and then reboot. Can you run below and let us know what it says?
$FWDIR/scripts/./cpm_status.sh
api status

But PLEASE generate backup, better be safe than sorry, just in case.
Fingers crossed, hope it works.

Do you not see any of the rules at all?
I strongly recommend reaching out to Check Point Support for assistance with this issue.
If you choose not to, I would—following the_rock's suggestion—first take a Gaia snapshot of the machine (and, if it's a VM, a snapshot from there as well).
Next, I would attempt to revert to a previous version of the database using Revision Control:
SmartConsole > Manage & Settings > Sessions > Revisions
Select a revision from a day or two ago and revert to it.
