The indicator of the first port is on but there is no cable

We received CheckPoint 6200, installed it using isomorphic with USB R81.20, then take 76.

The indicator light is on on the first port, and without a connected cable.

The port is disabled in the Web interface.

I had customer who had that exact problem, they shut down the fw, powered it back on and problem went away. If that does not work, then you should contact TAC.

Way they did this...ran halt on ssh, box powered off, they waited couple mins, removed power cables, waited few mins, plugged them back in, powered on the appliance, issue solved.

Like the totally freezed LOM..... poweroff -> detach the power cord ->wait 5 minutes...

Open a SR# with TAC, RMA could be needed !
