My simple answer - an SNMP monitoring solution on your ports, or perhaps a Netflow analyzer if you use GAIA as your OS.
Not so simple answer - I think SmartEvent might have what you are looking for too, but that's an additional product to purchase.

I believe either R77x SmartEvent or SmartReporter has a bandwidth report, like Jason mentioned this requires an additional license and enabling these blades can have a significant impact on management server performance. I do know R80.10 does have a bandwidth report and works much better than in R77x versions.

If you go down the smartevent route, you can install it as a separate appliance/virtual machine. It doesn't have to be on the primary management server.
