It looks like your file system is damaged. Please use sk92442 to fix it. If you tried that already and failed, you may need to replace the hard drive and re-install. Hopefully you have a backup to restore from. If not, this will be painful.

I agree with Val. If the sk does not help, and you dont have backup to try restore from, you may need to start from scratch.
