Regarding the Https Inspection

Hi Mates

i am using HTTPS inspection. i create a rule on firewall to allow the google play service. Every thing working fine. but i am not able to update the app from google play store and not able to access YouTube in app. In browser i am able to access the YouTube

What do your App Control logs look like? It wouldn't surprise me if Google Services get mixed up in how App Control identifies them.

In logs it shows  traffic inspect and allowed

Take a look at sk104717 HTTPS Inspection Enhancements in R77.30 and above, section "Improvements in HTTPS Inspection Bypass mechanism - Probe Bypass"

There it says that probe bypass "allows bypass of Non-Browser Applications connections."
