Recommended Jumbo

Hello, I have done JHF upgrade on MGMT server and gateways (I have installed Take 26).

Why I get notification in Smart Console about Reccomended Jumbo (Check_Point_R81_20_JUMBO_HF_MAIN_Bundle_T24_FULL.tgz) even if I have installed a newer one (version Take 26). Attached pictures.

How to resolve this?

It looks like a cosmetic issue to me. T24 is shown as installed as part of T26. If you really need it fixed, open a support call with TAC: https://help.checkpoint.com

Take 26

Released on 14 August 2023 and moved to Recommended on 13 September 2023

So it should show Up to Date soon.

As stated here - it's a cosmetic issue probably caused by a problem in the reporting mechanism between the GW and the management.

You can wither open a support request or contact me at boazo@checkpoint.com 

We will need some logs to understand where the failure is

Hello, the problem has been resolved without any intervention. (attached picture)

Thats been my experience with Smart Console, since, I dont know...R55 🤣🤣
