R82 SmartConsole Alert

In recent days, when we using SmartConsole, the attached warning message will appear.

Although it does not affect the usage, we still want to know the reason, because we start SmartConsole through CyberArk, so we cannot reinstall or upgrade it by ourselves.

We have contacted CyberArk to help us reinstall SmartConsole.

FDT is short for File Download Tool, which allows you to connect securely and download files from Download Center servers.

Looks like CyberArk is blocking some of the connectivity or traffic to Check Point.

The CyberArk VM is offline. May we turn off this check?

It's not for me to decide.

You should consult CyberArk to understand why they are blocking it and the impact of changing any settings.

I will have our R&D try to improve the user experience in such cases.

I would have to agree with @Tal_Paz-Fridman here. I used R82 smart console in 3 different VMs and no issues at all, so to me, logically, definitely seems to be something CyberArk related.
