Quantum Force 9000 Appliance OS version Compatibility

Dear Mates,

We have Distributed setup, Management Server and Gateways are running in R81.10.

And want to replace one of the gateway with Quantum Force 9000 Appliance, where I want to install Gaia OS R81.10 version as the Management server is R81.10.

But when I see some sk I didn't find any information related to R81.10 version.

Can you please suggest me is Quantum Force 9000 Appliance can support R81.10 or specific OS versions?

Regards,

Saranya

Hi,

this series only supports r81.20 and higher

https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk181698

if your mgmt still is r81.10 it is possible to manage the r81.20 gateway with the steps described in the above sk

Hi,

Do we need Specific IOS file for quantum force appliances.

I don't see quantum devices (9100) mentioned under the supported list (Under the platform list) in below URL.
