Q: Does Ai Copilot require a separate license? If yes, how much will it cost?
A: Yes, it will require a subscription-based license. We are still working on it. Pricing will be available when the product goes GA.
Q: Will it be possible to use Copilot with on-prem management servers?
A: Yes.
Q: What type of GWs will be supported? Maestro, VSX, Spark?
A: AI Copilot is interacting with your management server. Any supported gateways and installations will be covered.
Q: Will Copilot support languages other than English?
A: Yes, multiple languages are supported
Q: Does AI Copilot keep the history?
A: Yes, and you can reuse it if needed.
Q: Can Copilot help me find duplicated objects?
A: Yes, of course.
Q: Can users with View Only roles use Copilot?
A: Definitely. The AI copilot has the same permissions as the user who opened it, whether R/O or R/W.
Q: Can I try it now?
A: Yes. You can join the EA program and run Copilot in your environment, or just play with Copilot in CheckMates Labs.
Q: Is it possible to integrate AI Copilot with ticketing tools?
A: It will be possible through Infinity Playblocks which includes integrations with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
Q: How can I join the EA program for Ai Copilot?

Q: Does the Copilot have access to the low-level data on the firewalls such as admin password hashes, etc?
A: No, it only has access to logs via existing APIs.
Q: Is Copilot based on one of the third-party LLMs?
A: No, it's a proprietary implementation of Check Point. However, we do leverage Azure OpenAI to help us with the human language answers.
Q: Any place to implement voice control?
A: Not at this stage. It is doable, but we prefer to focus on supporting more use cases, types of questions, policy tunning, etc.
Q: Will I be able to use Ai Copilot in an MSSP environment?
A: Yes, we have plans to make it available for MSSPs.
Q: Will AI CoPilot Have Abilities to provide suggestions and insights on Policy (remove unused rules) or any integration for Policy Management
A: We are working on a different product for these tasks, called a Policy advisor. EA for it will be available later this year.
Q: Is Copilot basically just a Google alternative, that can pull the info from SKs and other places?
A: No, it's much much more than that! Beyond searching and summarizing information from documentation and SKs, it can answer deep questions on your specific configuration and logs. It can also make modifications to your policy.
