Legacy Geo Policy Timestamps

When the legacy geo policy is updated on a security gateway is the timestamp only supposed to change on the "timestamp" file itself or should it change on the IpToCountry.csv file as well in /opt/CPsuite-R81.20/fw1/tmp/geo_location_tmp/updates?

For example, below the timestamp on "timestamp" shows Jun 27 13:51 but the csv files have a much older timestamp of Apr 10

[Expert@GATEWAY:0]# pwd
/opt/CPsuite-R81.20/fw1/tmp/geo_location_tmp/updates
[Expert@GATEWAY:0]# ls -l
total 24864
-rw-r----- 1 admin root 10532784 Apr 10 20:57 GeoIPASNum2.csv
-rw-r----- 1 admin root 1541613 Apr 10 20:57 GeoIPASNum2v6.csv
-rw-r----- 1 admin root 1770045 Apr 10 20:57 GeoIPv6.csv
-rw-r----- 1 admin root 11600487 Apr 10 20:57 IpToCountry.csv
-rw-rw---- 1 admin root 11 Jun 27 13:51 timestamp
[Expert@GATEWAY:0]#

Personally, I never noticed it change in the updates folder, even in R82.
