Identity Collector: can't delete domain because in use: how to solve?
Hi Community.
I'm trying to delete a domain in the Identity Collector software, but it displays "domain is being used", so the operation is not possible.
How to solve and successfully delete the domain?
I didn't find any post related to this issue.
Can anyone please help?
Thank you.

Finally I found the solution.
1) Query pool => delete
2) Domain controllers => delete
3) Identity Source "Domain" object => delete.
Very strange this is however never reported elsewhere.
Have a good day.
Regards.

Is it used in the policy and other settings?

Hi,
what do you mean with "policy"? On the firewall?
As I know, the configuration on the Identity Collector software is only oriented to retrieve identities from Active Directory servers, and then put them to the gateways, so I suppose the "unable to delete" message is related to the software itself, which is using the "domain" object as Identity Source.
I also tried deleting related domain controller object => same behaviour.
And, finally, there's no way to "pause" both DCs and Identity Sources for the delete operation to be permitted.
