Do not create multiple threads asking the same question.

What precise client version?
What is the configuration of the client?
If a specific server is configured, have you checked that the client can reach the configured server?
Have you investigated the Identity Agent logs?

What exclusion do you have configured?

Can you see the agent communication reach the gateway?

Should also check 443 and the portal accessibility settings.
