Hello,
Identity agent is not connected in LAN network however checked with VPN, it was connected.
any one please help.
Do not create multiple threads asking the same question.
What precise client version?
What is the configuration of the client?
If a specific server is configured, have you checked that the client can reach the configured server?
Have you investigated the Identity Agent logs?
I would definitely review the IA agent config and the logs.
Andy
I have seen the logs, found that gateway ip address which automatically populate is VIP address from different network which was removed already . how can we update cluster ip address in configuration?
What exclusion do you have configured?
Can you see the agent communication reach the gateway?
I have checked communication from gateway to LDAP.
which port is using communication? is it 389 or any other port?
Right, its port 389 and if over TLS, then its 636.
Andy
Should also check 443 and the portal accessibility settings.
