Maestro Madness
Hi we built a few new Windows server 2022 machines, trying to install the latest terminal server agent version 2 on them. And get the same error on all. Tried running earlier version and same error, have rebooted the box, running as domain admin not sure what else we can try -
InstallMultiUserHost2 3: C:\Program Files (x86)\CheckPoint\Identity Agent\SWrapper.exe 4: -mu2 -inst
CustomAction InstallMultiUserHost2 returned actual error code 1 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)
Product: Check Point Identity Agent -- Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action InstallMultiUserHost2, location: C:\Program Files (x86)\CheckPoint\Identity Agent\SWrapper.exe, command: -mu2 -inst

FYI the answer was sk182812, even with latest updates on the server it still didn't work so going back to an earlier version of MUH without the additional security check worked (lucky I had one on my hard drive)
You might try: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk105100
Otherwise, I suggest getting TAC involved.
Hm, that shows endpoint security client...would it apply to terminal server agent as well?
Seems like the underlying issue isn't specific to the Endpoint client, which is why I suggested it.
Ok, then worth a try, for sure.
