I am unable to connect to my VPN address.
I can go to CMD and ping my IP without losing a packet.
After clicking the button to connect, the progress stops at 47% and does not continue.
After that, the connection failure error occurs.
The version I'm using:
Version VPN E84.00 Build 986102002 Client
I have Windows 10 64bit
I already deactivated Anti-virus, Firewall and even so I was not successful.
I contacted the security administration team and they informed me that everything is OK with my user.
I reinstalled my OS today.
