That is the old link - dead now. This is really a nuissance, even the "RMA is finished"-emails contain an old, non-working link: https://www.checkpoint.com/services/techsupport/programs/rma-return-process.html

The new one is:

The problem is the link on the website (see picture). If you click on the link you will get the error.
