Gmail and Youtube don't load

Today, for the second time, I'm having problems accessing gmail and youtube.

I made the following ACL for no doubts:

This is the first ACL of App Control blades and URL Filtering, but traffic is not passing. I can't access. I try in I.E and Chrome:

This site can’t be reached

The webpage at might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.


As I said it is the second time that this happens. The first time access returned after a few minutes

I am using Management and Gateway in version R80.10. My gateway was defined as a HTTP/HTTPS Proxy and I don't have HTTPS Inspection.

I only had complaints from these two sites

Anyone have any idea what's going on?

I would start with a lot of questions to narrow down  the issue.

Do you use HTTPS inspection?

If not, do you use HTTPS classification?

What details could you find in your browser? (What browser do you use actually?) 

What details do you see in the logs?

What version and exact Jumbo Hotfix are you on?
