Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Based on the logs attached, The error we've got is ERROR_INTERNAL_ERROR (0x8007054f) while trying to install side by side component on the machine,
Microsoft component failed to install.
Assembly Error (sxs): Please look into Component Based Servicing Log located at %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log to get more diagnostic information.
Googling a bit shows that some other vendors have this problem and they are pointing to compatibility.
If you can please upload "cbs.log" for further investigation.
P.S
Kim_Moberg is right, Windows 10 version 1903 is not supported with Endpoint E80.92.
We are currently testing our new Endpoint, version E81.10 which will support the new Windows, version 1903.
