Checkpoint Product Owner Access

Hi guys,

Just to explain my problem. The last one security admin leaves the company and the checkpoint support license was associated with him ID. I need to request the support of the vendor and I can not cause of it.

 

Can I request a new association using my name? I have the serial of the appliances.

 

How can I do it?

 

Hope you guys can help me.

I think you can doing the steps below.

1.Login your UserCenter account.

2.From Support Menu -> Create a Service Request.

3.Choice "Non-Technical Issue"

I think Account Service Team will help you.
