CheckPoint TAC chat keeps disconnecting
Hey Guys,
I have experienced several times that when I open a SR and having a chat with a TAC Engineer the chat gets disconnected often automatically even though my Internet Connection is steady and strong.
Tried with different connection but same results.
Anyone experienced this issue?

I’ve seen this too in the past in environments where proxies are used. Do you use a proxy?
Never took time though to figure this out because there was always a (urgent) reason for contacting TAC.
