I’m trying to open my CCSM training manual on my iOS device and I get an error “Failed for unexpected reasons”.
Is this supported on iOS?
While I haven't tried the CCSM docs, I know I've had issues in general with larger documents with Capsule Docs on iOS.
Will see if I can get a more definitive answer than this.
Also the viewer software for the ATC courseware was just updated this week, it is now called "Check Point DocSec Viewer" (CPDS) and allows printing. Not sure about the iOS version specifically but the new software can be downloaded from here: http://atc.checkpoint.com/ebooks/Viewer/CPDS-Viewer.zip

Is this for the general public?
It is a version of the Capsule Docs Viewer specifically optimized for the viewing of ATC courseware, so I don't believe it is intended to be used by the "general public" in that sense, just attendees of Check Point classes who have access to the courseware PDF(s).

Thanks. I did pull that down and install on my pc. Didn't really do much for me.
Did you notice that you can now print the document? (with a watermark of course)

Mine still shows that I dont have Printing.
Is there something I need to do to get the ability to print, or at least copy and paste some of the commands?
How are you opening the document? After installing the CPDS Viewer, when I access courseware PDF documents they open directly in Adobe Acrobat Reader where I can print just fine. An extra bar is displayed across the top right like this:
(Sorry for the cell phone screenshot, couldn't take a screen capture for obvious reasons)

I get the Print Icon in Adobe ,but I get this error:
I also seem to be having strange issues with the CCSE eKit. I installed the CPSD version in the link above, but it doesn't seem to be integrating with Acrobat? I successfully configured the CPSD client with my UC credentials and I see my correct eBook permissions being displayed. I also have the latest Acrobat Reader DC installed. Whenever I open the PDF in Acrobat, I get this single page:
The document opened fine in the other capsule docs viewer, but I experienced the same printing issues already discussed in this thread. Am I missing something obvious here? Did anyone else get this whole thing working end-to-end so they could print from the book?
TIA!
Dan
Did you follow all the installation instructions in the exact order stated in the installation guide? They must all be done in a certain order.

Yes, I did. I even went as far as uninstalling everything and starting over again just in case I missed a step.
